The Ritherdon SecuriBox is used by the Hotel and Catering Industry for installations in bedrooms as a safe storage place for guests' medium value articles or items of a confidential nature.

It is not intended to replace the Hotel's safe as a repository for expensive valuables visitors may wish to leave with reception, and carries a warning to this effect.

Many guests, however, expect to find the sort of facilities provided by continental establishments, and the SecuriBox is a convenient place in which to leave, for example, a mobile phone while dining, or business documents of a confidential nature.

The unit is easily and securely fixed to a wall surface or even a bedroom worktop, or can be enclosed in an existing cupboard or wardrobe. It is designed so that it can be fixed back against a wall without affecting the angle to which it can be opened, thus ensuring that no gaps result which would cause room cleaning difficulties. The SecuriBox is of fully-welded steel construction and is attractively powder painted for added durability.

It is provided with two keys which are captive in the lock when the door is open, ensuring that guests are unlikely to take the keys with them on departure.

Quantity discounts are available for bulk buys, and although the standard unit carries the Ritherdon logo as a sign of guaranteed workmanship, bulk orders can be finished in Hotel Group colours and customised to bear Group logos.

Furthermore, as fabricators of enclosures for some of the UK's largest companies, Ritherdon is happy to develop completely customised units for Hotel Groups who wish to specify their own size or design.
