Ritherdon and Co’s Ben Ritherdon and Peter Hoban were in attendance for Intertraffic 2012 at Amsterdam’s RAI exhibition centre last week.
The B2B trade exhibition is the largest of its kind in Europe, catering for professionals and organisations involved in traffic management, safety and the highways industries. Running from 27th to 30th March, the RAI centre in Amsterdam played host to over 800 exhibitors and an estimated 17,000 visitors from all corners of the globe.
It was the first time Ritherdon & Co had exhibited at Intertraffic and hope it will be the first of many to come. The exhibition gave Ritherdon a chance to showcase their range of traffic control and monitoring and highways products to a European audience – with a wealth of interest being shown from peers and professionals.
Ben Ritherdon, marketing director for Ritherdon & Co said: “It was Ritherdon’s first time at Intertraffic this year and the exhibition certainly lived up to expectations. It is events like Intertaffic that reiterate the global scale of the industry we work in and it was a brilliant opportunity for Ritherdon to introduce our products to new international markets.”
Peter Hoban, sales manager for Ritherdon & Co added: “Over the years Intertraffic has proved to be the best trade exhibition of its kind, not just in Europe, but in the world. We’ve had a lot of interest from potential distributors and clients, particularly on the passive safe FlexiPole and electrical enclosures.”
Ritherdon & Co received over 100 enquiries during the 3-day event and we would like to thank everyone who came to visit us. We look forward to exhibiting next year at Intertraffic 2013 and beyond.
